Thank you for choosing CardBox. This policy outlines the delivery methods and timelines for the services and digital products available on our platform.
Digital Delivery Only
CardBox provides digital cards, service discovery, booking tools and provider activation online.
We do not ship physical items. Card and activation status is delivered inside CardBox.
1. Delivery Timelines
Instant Activation
Free & Basic Digital Cards: Activated immediately upon registration.
Provider Activation: New-booking access reopens after the one-time ₹99 payment is securely verified.
2. Shipping Charges
Since there are no physical products, shipping charges are ₹0. The provider activation fee is separate from payments agreed directly between customers and providers.
3. Proof of Delivery
After a successful provider activation payment:
- The verified payment reference is returned by the secure payment flow.
- Your provider access status updates inside CardBox.
Important Note
Keep your verified phone number current so CardBox can protect account access and deliver essential status notifications.
